Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made 72 hr in advance from your appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients on our waitlist. Failure to reschedule/no show after 72 hrs for appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your final service total. Should you cancel or reschedule after 72 hrs notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Late arrivals more than 15 min, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled with a late cancellation fee applied. This is to avoid delays for the next scheduled client.
